Is other people having issues and obtaining a run-around from Earthlink regarding improperly deactivated records? They deactivated my bill improperly without notice and today it's obtained over 5 times to obtain my site up (not up but) and my emails coming through. Appears their customer support isn't customer support at-all, but could be best named consumer problem slowing. Been guaranteed quality in twenty four hours 3 times but still nothing. Online talk is ineffective additionally - they guarantee and do not provide. Attempted obtaining transferred as much as supervisor four-times, but got passed down to somebody who talked broken language and stated to be always a boss, but couldn't get something accomplished.
