I ordered a purse in January, it is now April. I paid 60$ and never received it

In January, I ordered a Louis Vuitton replica handbag for $59.99. They website stated that my product would arrive in a maximum of 14 business days. It is now April 6 and I have not received it. I have tried to contact the website several times with no response. I even called the Better Business Bureau of New York and filed a report with them. I just want my money back.
