Listing company allows negative reviews but removes positive ones

This company is a scam, it is a listing company that allows negative reviews to be made but removes positive reviews. When you make your rebuttals, the company hides them! All they want is for your search results to come in with negative reviews. Small Business should ban together to stop them.
