I purchased their program and ran a scan on my computer. After downloading all of the updates for my drivers and installing them, I restarted my computer as instructed. I then received the following message: "Windows could not start. The following file is missing or corrupt: System 32DRIVERSmsisadrv. Sys"
I had no way to contact http://www.DriverSmith.com/support or / help because when trying from another computer it wouldn't recognize me because their program didn't exist on that computer. Nowhere on their site is there a phone number where they can be reached! I can't even request a refund until I get access to my computer.
