When purchasing services from facebook using your credit card through paypal, you should log into paypal right after your done your transaction with facebook. Once you log into your paypal account, click "profile", then click "my money", Under "My preapproved payments" click "Update". Once your there, find "facebook.inc" Under "Merchant", check the status of the facebook and if the status is active, click deactivate or make it Inactive so that facebook cannot proccess more transactions without your Authorization.
