I have ordered from this site and regret it a lot

I've requested out of this website and regret it a great deal. Firstly... Since the live-chat fails, no answer my communications or emails.insane enough, my items came after a few months of my purchase also it appears PHONY. I'm gutted! I've currently record it to Obagi. Do not get from their website.
