Thi ISP only charges $4.99 month but has a hard time making connections working. They grt the dialup ok but you cant go any where. When you call their support team, The first thing it will cost you will be a $5.00 phone service fee.
Nothing gets settled from the first time to the last time no matter how manny phone calls made. They refuse to cancel you on the phone though you can start service over the phone. They become rude with you in the
process of trying to cancel. They require you disconnest by E mail, THEY cant do that either. Not only can you not go any where you also cant Email. How convient. Send a letter to cancel. Done that, no response. Totally Ignore you. Been weeks now and no disconnect confermation of any kind, But I have $9.00 in fees on my debit card where they are trying to collect more money. Which they WILL NEVER GET AGAIN. Did I mention The $75.00 I paid out on a computer checkup, [AT THEIR REQUEST, ] claiming it was different things wrong with my computer. NOT Didnt make them work right.
I feel this is a RIPOFF ISP
