I started website hosting with this specific organization this past year, since that time I've had only issues. Among that was after I experimented with buy a new site through their online software. Anything was wrong using their program also it stated there is a mistake which the purchase of the site didn't undergo, and also to try again. Well, I approached assistance to ensure what their program was informing me was actually the situation. The woman I talked with explained that there have been no new domainname bought which I'd not be billed.

I got her term for this, and held an archive of our discussion. I got my company elsewhere and had no issues. 24 hours later iPage charged me for that precise site I experimented with purchase, that their program explained didn't proceed through which their assistance repetition ADDITIONALLY explained did not undergo. And so I approached them again, considering they'll observe I got steps to avoid this, and appear in the documents, and return my income. They did not. They stated they mightnot return the cash to get a site I purchased. I described and described till I had been orange within the encounter that there is a mistake after I attempted to buy it which I approached assistance the moment it happened to prevent this very point. I actually revealed them the documents of precisely what happened - HOWEVER THEY STILL WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY. Not just that however they were terribly rude. I talked to many repetitions plus they all stated the same - "sorry. You purchased it. There's nothing we are able to do." I approached my back and posted evidence of all the above. They returned my income.

Next, I discover that iPage stopped my hosting bill. I approached them again. They stated that because the bank-issued a chargeback for the domainname I attempted to purchase (they would not return my cash for) they stopped my hosting bill that was compensated entirely till September. I approached them again, and got the same reaction as every additional coping with them. "sorry cannot allow you to". They might not clarify how my entire hosting bill was turn off over that event of trying to purchase a domainname... All-they might state was sorry too poor nothing we are able to do. The managed to get to wherever I really could not utilize the areas I'd compensated them to sponsor. Visiting these websites confirmed the positioned were turn off. I've no idea just how long it'd been it was. I approached them again, and informed them I shifted my areas which I had been no further using the services of them. They rapidly explained that there have been 4 months left only hosting bill which I'd not get a refund for that remaining weeks - despite the fact that I never requested to get a return. At that time I simply wished to be achieved together, and prevent needing to spend hours of my entire life looking to get things straightened out. I told them-they no further had authorization to make use of my charge card which our connection was over.

Today, they've billed me another $166 for another year of hosting... For a merchant account they stopped??? And yes I approached them-and they stated they require a couple of days to appear engrossed.

That Is UNDOUBTEDLY the toughest organization I've actually handled. They do not simply have POOR customer support, it's down-right terrible. I can't support but believe the only path they get client would be to grab money from their website. I'm surprised that any organization might handle their clients how they do. Without clients - there's no company. I'm really angry about that.
