My website was taken down for 3 months because of a clerical error. I contacted sales, tech and billing. No one could figure out why the account was on hold but assured me they were working on it.
The sales rep never responded to phone messages or emails, the same is true of accounting. As of today, March 19 I have been assured that my web site will be up and running.
The supposed clerical error was inputing domain registration dates from July to July. This is the second time in a year that my account has been put on hold because of a clerical error. I was also billed twice for my yearly service
If I were looking for an internet service provider/web hosting I would shop else where, if you are unfortunate enough to be doing business with these people check your visa bill carefully and call until you can speak with a person and don't hang up until you get a concrete answer. Good Luck.
