I downloaded msn's free trial offer and kept it only two or three days and cancelled it. I cancelled on line and also called to make sure I wouldn't get billed for it. I was assured I wouldn't but two months later, thinking no more about msn., there is the deduction of $21.95 on my credit card.
When I called to let them know that I had cancelled way back when they told me unless I had a cancellation number they wouldn't give me my money back. All the person did was assure me if I had cancelled on line, that I wouldn't get charged. They say they have no record of my phone call. I told them after expressing my concern over being charged for something I had cancelled in "good faith" that they could keep the $21.95 but that I would Never go to msn again.
To me this was a big come on on their part, and I feel that I was ripped off!
