Purchased a ring. It took some time processing, called the company several times it was being "sent out" that day, each time I had called. Finally called to cancel the order, as it hadn't processed yet and I was not waiting around. Was told I was unable to cancel the order. The next day the charge appeared on my debit card, so I look up a transaction number, tracking number for my order, since I had been charged I had expected it to be on its way. I called and told them I have read nothing but negative reviews dispite the websites customer service rating it gives itself, nothing but fraud, and they agreed that I could cancel my order and they will reverse the charges, however, they are not here as of yet, and funny how once they get the money they can cancel the order.
Also beware, I noticed even in a rebuttal by the companys fake CEO he did not use first and last name, and in the email that stated I would be refunded my money, he only used one name and also asked me for the sites who speak negatively about them - which when you search they all are - not one single satisfied customer has reviewed them, it all seems odd to me. Anyway if the money isn't there soon the bank is going to dispute either way - what a headache and RIP OFF dont waste your time or money.
By the way i think the pictures look good on the tiffany knock offs because they are actual pictures of tiffany jewelry claimed to be in sterling. When you look at both side by side and zoom in... Tell me im not on to something here.
