Ripoff received our check and never sent product and now only has answering machine and p.O. Box

REM Software sent a brochure offering an amortization program.

As we had dealt with them a few years back, we sent them a check. Their street address turned out to be a mail box store.

They have a toll-free telephone number... And it answers. With a recorded message for the caller to leave a message.
