I joined a free site called prizeguys about six mounths ago where you click on a product you want to win, anser a question and you are entered in that contest.
I had won a contest on 10-18-99, I received an email telling me i had won and instructed me to printout the form sent, sign and mail, which i did that day.
After waiting three mounths i started sending them emails asking for a reply about the prize, i still have no prize, no reply why and they now no longer let me enter there contest.
