In July I visited sparkesforever.com and ordered jewelry with free shipping. This company charged my credit card for the items I ordered. Immediately following my order I received an email confirmation from sparkesforever.com. The email included a bogus tracking number that only routed me back to my invoice for the money that was stolen from me.
Since placing the order, I have called both numbers listed on their website. 888.812.2206 and 310.601.7971. Both numbers are no longer in service. Since calling I have emailed [email protected] and [email protected]. Still no one has emailed me back with the status of my order. The company has an F rating and 57 complaints with BBB (Better Business Bureau).
Sparklesforever.com website is very misleading with bogus Facebook page and Twitter account that has a criminal updating the pages with canned phony photos and tweets to gain customer trust. I have reported them to both networking sites.
I am appalled that this company is still on the internet. Sparklesforever.com is a yahoo.com business that has been robbing people since 2004. I was the wrong person to rip-off. This complaint is only the beginning; my next move will be to file a small claims law suit. With 20 years in law, plenty of free time and resources, I will make it my sole mission to take them down. See you in court sparklesforever aka LALA.
