Dave From Emodelkc.com and sierraking.com ripoff! He bought my domain name and is using it to slander me. Blackmail! Kansas City

Dave from emodelkc bought my Domain name, tried to force me into a paid site while he would not transfer the domain name to me as promised. He said he "will use it to slander me and put me out of business" unless I purchase it from him for 200 dollars. At one point he put a copy of my drivers license on the site. The site is www.sierraking.com
