Brandon Smith Failure to fulfill agreement, and stand by services provided

I went into an agreement with Brandon Smith for training products/services for MSCE Certification Training. The services I recieved, the lack of levelset provided, or that was promised when I purchased their certification plan in December. They have not fulfilled that obligation, nor did their online course match the products that were provided to me. The video quality was very poor, and did nto match the curriculum that was provided to me, nor was it sufficient enough to pass the very simplist of test, 70-270. When purchasing on line from Microsoft, I found over 300 pages of missing information that is needed to pass the exam.

Per our agreement with Brandon Smith, that a full refund would be issues, and he has refused, including two threatning phone calls after asking for a full refund. I have request not only the refund, but their corp address, and owners, and both Quickcert and Brandon Smith have refused to provide the detail reqeusted. I am pursuing legal action against both for defrauding the public, and selling services with the intent to defraud including damages for breach of agreement.

This company is only interested in your money, and not providing a level set of services. I came to our agreement in December which you are now in breach of.
