Guru Techno World is a brand new start up Internet Marketing company out of India. I hired them a few months ago to do SEO (search engine optimization) for some of my client websites.
After a few weeks they suddenly disappear and refuse to return any emails. After 1 week of waiting I get an instant message from one of the workers letting me know that he has been sick for 1 week. But now he is back and ready to work. I was a bit upset and told him that I was ending our contract that I have found someone else. He than gets very angry and starts cursing at me and telling me how I will pay for this. I told him that I am sorry but it was his responsibility to email me and let me know he was leaving for a week.
Right after I ended our contract on a outsourcing website that I used to hire them. I get a notice from my server saying that my password has been changed. Minutes after that I look at my website and they are completely deleted. Luckily for me I had just recently made back-ups of my website so It wasn't that difficult to fix.
After I fixed everything a few days later they began emailing the company sites that they were working on telling them lies. They stated how I was using black hat techniques and that I was selling their information to other companies.
Please be careful if you ever work with this company. Do not let them have any server passwords or access to anything. They do not take rejection well and they will delete your website or try to steal your information.
