Coach Purses

I ordered what I thought was a coach purse from a coach factory outlet that had good reviews. To my chagrin I found out that the item comes from China. I still have not received the product and I have someone named Tammy answering my questions, telling me to be patient and even giving a tracking number that really is not helpful at all. If I wanted a knock off I would have intentionally bought a knock off. Beware of this site I got duped but I haven't given up the fight
