I had signed up with this company and used for a bit but half the time, it would say someone was there to chat and when you go into chat, the girls were not anywhere to be found, but the company doesn't have a problem charging you for that. As well as after I close my account I walk step by step with them in order to make sure all my charges are finalized to I may pay my bill and they verify that there are no more outstanding charges. I pull up my account the next day to additional 224.93 charged to my card. They lied when saying "With the information you gave me all your charges have been processed" I contacted them today and they were not willing to work with me at all. Very bad service. So not only do they lie but they have listed as available that are not anywhere to be found when you click in the room. HOWEVER THEY STILL CHARGE YOU!!! Unfortunately the past is the past but I wish that I would have read more reports on this company's practices before doing any business with them. It is clear they scam to a lot of people
