I signed up for the FREE registration at ifriends. After logging in one time to the site I never returned because their site sucks. I closely examined me credit card statement one day and noticed a charge of $6.95 from them. They had been charging me for months without my knowledge or permission.
They of course tell you that you did in fact sign up for their VIP service for that price, which is complete BS. Nearly all the reports you read on this site say the same thing. I sent them a nasty email telling the scamming company to refund my money or else.
They only refunded some of my money. They said they didn't have access to charges that occurred more that 120 days ago and that I would have to contact my financial institution in regards to those charges. That is nonsense and I told them that. They haven't responded to me and it has been several days since I emailed them last.
I will not be contacting my financial institution but I will be waiting for the full refund from ifriends. It's time for them as a company to step up and do what is right. I am sure they won't do this however. That is why I just returned from a visit with my family's attorney. We are coming up with a strategy of attack.
I would advise all others who have been scammed by ifriends to do the same.
