Requested a Mom's Time present, they kept it-up, they've a duplicate of a contact resolved precisely in my experience that I actually donot have in my own mail stating there is an issue, they never started another followup till the termination of the purchase months later. I named, acknowledge customer support was patronizing, unapologetic and unhelpful. I asked the purchase be delivered. Simply acquired another termination notice 14 days following the phone without any description. How can this location remain in company? It is like they do not wish to market item.
