My navigation on my Nokia E72 exp on 17 May after 1 full year of using the navigation I was told to via my phone to reset my navigation with only the 1 and only option, via Credit card! I do not have a credit card so I went into your offices ask them what must I do now, they did not know, so first they updated my software that did not work, then they downloaded Ovi Map from the internet on my laptop, connected my phone, the info was transferred to my phone no problem. But as soon as I want to use my navigation it just keep on popping up I must buy one year for R110.99 with only credit card possibillity's. The they used my phone to download free ovi map navigation, that also did not work, so please advise me what must I do next. I do not have credit card facality's and would really like to get my Gps going!
