Adsenseboy, Mindaugas Lipskas, AWB, AMM, Adsense Money Maker Fraud, breach of contract, unfair business practices, unprofessional technical support, sloppy software

Mindaugas Lipskas, aka Adsenseboy, develops automatic blog software. You purchase a lifetime license to use the software, which he will apparently revoke at the drop of a dime for any reason. When I contacted his technical support about a problem with their license server, they demanded money from me in order to diagnose their problem.

When I complained, he shut off my license without cause. Unfortunately, the software contains a devious self destruct feature that will destroy ALL of your websites as soon as the license is revoked. I was smart enough to do frequent server backups and was able to work around his shoddy self destruct feature, but most people would just lose countless hours of website development and blog history.

So in Summary:

1) The software violates Adsense TOS and will get you banned from Adsense. He knows this, and uses it to bully unhappy customers by threatening to report your sites to Google and get your account closed.

2) You have to pay extra whenever there is a problem, whether it is yours or his.

3) You will receive snide, unprofessional replies whenever you request support. I am a computer programmer, so I know when the problem is on his end or mine.

4) The HTML in the template files is sloppy. This is just something that annoyed me more than an actual rip off.

5) He maintains a list of all your URLs in case a conflict like this arises, at which time he will employ any dirty retribution tactics that he can think of.

6) He will threaten legal action and pretend that he is a US business and resident. He is not, so do not get fooled by his threats.

Additional notes: He is in Lithuania, so there is little recourse you can take legally against him. If you use any of his hosting companies, such as Dimereseller, you are at his sadistic mercy if he decides to close down your hosting. And never, ever, ever register a domain through one of his companies. You will get horribly screwed if you ever want to transfer it to a legitimate registrar.

Avoid doing business with this company / person at all costs. Read the other rip off reports if you need justification. He is a fraud, and employs mob like tactics to bully his customers.
