I have had internet service with these clowns since November. My bill has changed on a monthly basis from 19.95 to 47.95 then 27.95. I have contacted customer service also on a monthly basis to hear time after time the problem has been resolved. Got put on hold for 45 minutes waiting for a supervisor just to hear people talking in the background and hung up on. Stay as far away as you can pay the extra money and go with HUGHESNET.com.
