They emailed me that the software i purchased around around 2pm and paid for

All of the above was handled ok as I do appreciate they stopping the transaction. However, Ebay, Paypal. Or the fradulent seller has my money tied up for 1-2wks whhile they investigate something that they already have knowledged as wrongful sale.
Why can't they refund the money to me since I ordered, paid promptly and they knowingly make it difficult to get back what is without any doubt due me.
