Neoconsoles and Nintendo DSI download centre
Failure to uphold money back guarantee and false and misleading advertising

I paid a subscription fee to be able to download software/games for Nintendo DSi only to find after paying the fee that additional hardware was required to be able to use the download, hardware that Neoconsoles is involved with.

I read all the fine print before signing up and this was not disclosed.

I have repeatedly requested a refund, having not downloaded or even attempted to use the subscription even once but I am ignored.
