At the conclusion of May, I put another purchase to get a lotion Liz Claiborne bag. It never turned up... I thought 2-3 months shipping because they'd mentioned. I approached customer support, plus they replied stating they'd consider it. Following a week of no improvements, I approached them again. Per month after my purchase, a plastic package arrived. A dark bag used to donot acknowledged was delivered. They'd delivered something which used to donot buy to me. It's some damage scars and also the handle is bent from form. There is no presentation... The wallet was simply delivered as-is in a plastic case.
I Would sent them requesting a return tag and reimbursement. "Rica" in customer support replied stating the unique carrier I Would requested may possibly not be in-stock. (??)
But doesn't reply my concerns. She did not tell me before that it had beennot in-stock and so I had the choice to stop the purchase. I'm still attempting to solve this problem.
After I checked my consideration, the picture of the carrier I requested was completely transformed / transformed. They currently display the dark bag rather than the lotion one I Would needed.
DON'T purchase out of this organization. They've no telephone number for calling and it is very hard to obtain customer support to repond for you precisely.
