I ordered the Free Grinder from Smiles Coffee in December. I set up an account and postponned my account for the months of January, February and March. I noticed on the 17th of February that I had been billed for 36.94, on the 17th.
I attempted to contact Smiles Coffee on the 17th at 866.334.7128, but was placed on hold for approximately an hour and a half. I then called information to get a listing for this
company in Nevada. I as given 702.251.8222, this number is an answering machine which tells you to leave a message and someone will get back with you.
Therefore, I placed a stop payment with my bank and have placed the account in dispute resolution with my bank.
I would advise others to never do any business with this company.
