The order for a %9.95 trial shipment of sample coffee, and free grinder was ordered by me. My Amex number given in good faith. I received order, charged twice, and then received shipment of coffee, twice charged again. Called Smiles, spoke to someone I could barely understand, cancelled order. Told them to credit my account for $9.95, and the $34.92 two times charged.
Told them I would report them to Amex if this was not taken care of, received another shipment this week. I notified Amex and they will be investigating. I am owed, so far, over $78.00. Without the charge that will be coming up next billing.
How can you help this ripoff by some shady company.
