A debite mon compte sans avoir reu commande de ma part, to debit my account without having received an order from me

Sans aucune intervention ou demande de ma part la socit PANDA m'a command le logiciel antivirus de leur marque et m'a envoy un message de confirmation de commande. Je leur ai immdiatement rpondu que je n'avais rien command mais d'une part je n'ai pas eu de rponse et d'autre part ils ont prlev directement sur mon compte la somme correspondant la facture.

Without any intervention or request from me I ordered society PANDA antivirus softwareon theirbrandand sent me a confirmationof order. I told them immediatelyrepliedthat I did nothing but ordered a hand I did not get an answer and secondly they have taken directly frommy account the amount correspondingto the invoice.
