They are fast, nor guaranteed as it has been nearly two weeks and I still do not have the item I purchased. Since it is a digital item, Paypal will not cover or protect me. I find this company to be fraudulent in both what they promise to deliver and their so-called "guarantee." They have not contact me after serveral attempts, and I've tried them by phone and no answer or response. Please be aware of this company and their slippery practices.
