I had my cable bill transfered to another address. I added telephone service to have a bundle. I was told I had 60 days to decide if I wanted to keep this. I told her I didn't want a contract. She said "Its not a contract its so you can keep the same rate you signed up for and you can cancel at anytime but your rate would be higher because you won't have the bundle. LIES AND GARBAGE!!! I called to cancel the land line because of financial problems and was told I had to pay a Early Term Fee of $150.00. I find this to be DESPERATE OF THE COMPANY to allow this practice. NOW, I will speak LOAD AND CLEAR. Don't sign up!!!
