Online purchase of inflatable club. At checkout, provided a $50.00 discount if compensated by online check. I changed from CC to online check. While bill sent by email no discount was utilized. I named customer support and was educated that discount-only put on purchases of $1,000.00 or even more. Attempted to stop purchase (same evening) was educated no cancellations or results. Attempted to prevent cost of check but organization posted check under another title, not the check quantity.
