I requested out of this merchant through Amazon, but my purchase isn't yet prepared for feedback. Our minimal score is basically because the vendor is, to be honest, a idiot. You don’t need to be rude and/or condescending to speak your communication. Should you state an order may deliver within 6-10 times and that I request a standing – even when it's nevertheless within that 6-10 time screen – don’t handle me as an imbecile who can’t read or hasn't requested something online. Simply tell me it’s planned to deliver on X day. Perhaps appreciate me for my purchase or my company. Your email in my experience was rude, your reactions to customer comments are rude. I don't suggest this vendor AT-ALL.
