Item out of stock - no refund!

I'd requested an office diary out of this organization. After many weeks of no data, I asked about my purchase and was informed that it had been sold-out. I quickly requested to get a reimbursement and also have sent them three times and every time they inform me it has been delivered to sales. I applied PayPal and also have recorded a criticism. It was significantly less than $30.00, however itis the theory! Do not cost me until it boats, of course if you need to do and it is sold-out, spend me back!
