They took my credit card payment on 1st April and I have never received the item

I requested a light sensor for my boy in northern China on 1st April. They got my charge card cost on 1st April and that I haven't gotten them. A week ago they stated that they'd not gotten cost though it was showing on my charge card record obtained mid-April. They're marketing free following day shipping - exactly what a laugh.
