I bought Stopzilla's anti-virus program in January and had to call them to ask why I hadn't received my rebate.
The "manager", Michael ("Operator #161") They are refusing to issue me my rebate because they "didn't get the correct
paperwork" which is complete baloney.
He said "I am going to hang up now" after saying he would confirm the conversation in an email, which he has not done. I'm filing a complaint with the FTC.
