I ask for information on my account and they take days before I get an answe

I request info on my consideration plus they consider times before I get a solution. For that previous 3 times I've been requesting them to deliver me a brand new code and so I may login to make use of the credit I've with subsequently to buy some DVD s. I had been wondering if others coping with spun have experienced this issue. Regardless the moment I get what I'm owed I Will never return to this site
