Ordered February Bus Pass 1/22/4 received on 2/5/4 had to buy day passes for four days won't refund me for it BAD BUSINESS! Ripoff

I ordered my February Bus Pass 1/22/4. I did not receive my pass until 2/5/4 and I had to pay $2.50 a day for four days.

I told them that they owed me $10.00 have not received any responds BAD BAD BAD BAD Business
