Charged my debit card $24.95 several times. I dont know

I was looking over my bank account and noticed i got charged $24.95 by a Value Plus Monthly. Further investigation I found a few more charges and decided to look into this a little more. Searching for VPM I found many complaints about this site/company ripping people off.
