I wanted to avail of the money-back guarantee which I was assured of when I purchased the software last week.
My principal concern before purchase was; what made this any different than Googles translator or, indeed, the translation service built into Word?
I thought the idea of having the three tools in one was great, but, on further examination, I found it to fall disappointingly short of my expectations.
There are too many limits, the translations are not accurate nor are all languages supported. The F2 interface is not convenient at all, and I am not convinced the punctuation correction tool picks up on all errors.
I have gone through the correct channels, and, all I have received so far, was a computer-generated reply.
I have the nasty feeling that I have been taken for $119. What can I do?
