E-Clec-Tech Demanded check or money order, after three months no merchandise and no refund

I needed some gears for a repair job. This company had the right size and selection. However they demanded check or money order. That should have raised flags right away. After three months no merchandise and no refund. After emailing them. They reply that they are surprised that the goods have not been shipped.
