This guy charges card at order then will not refund after 30 days and many emails

This guy, michael j laramee (e-clec-tech.com) charges your card at order. After 30 days i cancelled order, that was july 5. I have asked him many time to refund and he won't. He avoids paypal because they are after him, i also have filed a complaint with bbb of central florida. Beware of this guy, he is a real rip off artist
