First, here's how it works. They can get your business probably listed in the top ten search results. Problem is it's using search terms they think are ideal to put you there, but those search terms may not be what people commonly use to look for a business. If someone types in a search that says "bicycle repair in miami" that already brings up 50 different businesses, they may use the search term "miami bike fix shop" for your ad campaign. That may get your buisness listed near the top, but that's because it may not be a term people commonly use to look for bicycle repair in the city of Miami.
In short, if good search words are already associated with too many other businesses, they may give you the "left over" search words that aren't commonly used.
This is a multi-level marketing business (pyramid scheme), and that should say something there. But I signed up as a "director" anyways because it was supposed to be cheaper overall for my business because of the discounts I'd get as a director, but you have to pay full amount up front and they mail you rebates later. We'll, I never got all the rebates I was supposed to get and the ones I did get I had to ask for multiple times.
No large business would use this service as they'd have their own Internet division doing SEO and online marketing for them. If you're a small business, you're better off finding a local reputable SEO company after FIRST educating yourself a little more about SEO.
