I contracted with the company to create a website and do search engine optimization. Basically, they just copied the website I had. I wanted state wide exposure and all they did was put me in three cities. I'm in the health insurance business and I was listed with property and casualty agencies. They got me into the first page of Google alright except that a person would have to search health insurance in one of those three cities. They admitted they knew nothing about insurance so how could they be in the advertising business if they know nothing about the business they are advertising. They informed me that it would take 2-3 months to see results. That time came and went and I never had one inquiry. They failed to live up to what I wanted and refused to take any responsibility.instead of trying to please me they became arrogant so I ordered them to cease and desist. The next step will be small claims court.
