I have been selling online for about 2 years and have completed over 1500 orders.
Last month I started selling on Amazon. I started putting out some product I had instock, at cost, just to see how the fees would work.
Then one month after, I uploaded a large list of products. Suddently I started receiving constant orders at about 4 orders per hours.
Then I noticed, after 15 orders, that 10 of the orders had errors. The Name and description did not belong to the part number.
I contacted Amazon, and they didn't answer, so continued to open another case, and they didn't answer. Only after I called them over 20 times, I got them on the phone. Their support was Zero. They did not care. They guy was rude, and wanted to transfer me to another department.
They had sent me a warning from the performace report department, telling me the cancellation percentage was over the allowed 2.5. And that I risked suspending my account.
I decided it was too risky to complete the remaining five orders. Since they could freeze my account and keep the money after I sent the products.
So I cancelled all the orders and closed my account to avoid a bigger Rippoff.
I'm now waiting for a refund, on my subscriptiuon. It took me a long time to sign up to this deal and I stopped before it got worst.
My advice to anyone who signs up to a service like this is keep a close eye, and get out while in time.
Regards,
David
