After visiting said website I decided to order videos from this person/business. I emailed asking if he had the games in which I was interested and fees. He emailed said information and told me where I could send a check.
I sent the check, which cleared on November 10.By the end of the month I emailed to check on the order and was told I would have the tapes soon. An email I sent toward the end of December after still not receiving the tapes went unanswered.
I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau as well as the State Attorney's consumer protection division. I have also attempted to get back my money by sending a request funds to him from paypal. These, too, have gone ignored.
I no longer want the merchandise. I just want to recover the outlaid funds.
