JJM was rude and condescending to my slow learning, computer ignorance, and not wanting to learn more. I didn't want to learn anything, just get my computer fixed. Regardless of the effort I tried to make because I felt criticized if I didn't, he was still sarcastic.
I pay for a service, not for his condescending remarks, " It's your money... If you want to waste it by not learning, that's up to you." As rude as he is, I won't learn anything from him.
I probably will not call Geeks on Call again. I will specify not that particular employee, and ask for someone else; if none are available, I will go to a different company or ask a friend for a reference.
I don't need to pay $100.00 for the first hour for someone to come into my house and be rude to me.
