Dr. Walt, Dr. Walt Winkelman Unethical, false promises, will not pay for completed work, demeaning to staff, volunteers, never follows through with promises

Happiness360 and DR. Walt, or Dr. Walt Winkelman.

Be Warned! Dr. Walt will promise you the world. A high position (VP or above) in his Non profit organization. He will promise a salary, follow through and the ability to join a national organization.

Dr. Walt and Happiness360 will attempt to get all vendors to work for free. He will not pay anyone. He can become verbally abusive and blame others for his lack of follow-through.

Since April of he has:

Never launched a promised new website.

Released any research to support his theories.

Refused to pay for a book that was ghost written for the Happiness360 project.

Refused to pay for two website designs that require extensive back end work.

Refused to pay for Social Media design and implementation.

Refused to publish work completed by vendors. I urge anyone to refuse to start, complete or turn in any work for Happiness360 or Dr. Walt without receiving a cash payment up front.
