2 years of poor service

First of all, this is my very first internet related post. Usually I do not spend time for posting on forums, but really I want to show my disappointment.
I had been with teksavvy for almost 2 years until they charge me for a service on their side. My service had been unstable during that 2 years, with frequent outages ran from 5 minutes to several hours. But I got used to it over the time since my internet related work is not so critical.
However, I came across extremely slow speeds about 3 months ago that I couldn't stand anymore. I was running on 200Kbps for almost a week before I called tech support, and I was informed that the problem was with bell mapping. It took over 10 phone calls to tech support, a couple of trouble tickets, a brand new modem and two bell tech visits (never step inside my house, didn't even come near to demarc point) to fix the problem.
Having gone through all those troubles, I received a surprise phone call from teksavvy. Well, teksavvy has decided that I have to pay for the repairs performed by them, to fix their own mapping problem. A $100 charge on top of the monthly charge!!! I wouldn't mind if any repairs were done inside the house, since I am responsible for all the internal wiring up to demarc. But as I mentioned before, the tech didn't even come to the demarc. According to teksavvy, the problem was with their network mapping, but they cannot swallow the pill, therefore they passed it to me!!!
The bottom line is I haven't received a good service ever since I subscribed with teksavvy and it cost me $100 to realize that. I do not know for others, but no more tricksavvy for me!!!
